Hi, I’m Alex!
I’m a junior at Phoenix Country Day School from Paradise Valley, Arizona and a passionate artist and model-maker. Since the eighth grade, I’ve self-taught myself CAD design, which I use to replicate props and models from the world of Thomas the Tank Engine. When I’m not making models, I write scripts and direct short films with my creations, as featured on my Twitter and Youtube channel! Alongside this, I also create bespoke models by special commission, and have grown my passion into a small business through which I buy and resell rare Thomas the Tank Engine merchandise from Japan. I have a variety of extracurricular and academic interests, including acting as the founder and sole director of the Scooby-Doo Enthusiast’s Club, co-founding the GSA (Gay Straight Alliance) Club, and participating as a member of both the National Junior Honor Society as well as the Phoenix Country Day School swim team.
